It’s been three months since I last ran. It’s been a while for sure. But I decided on Feb. 29 that I was going to use that extra day this year to get back into it. It’s not that I don’t like running – it’s the complete opposite. I LOVE running and actually just started March of 2015. The winter months coupled with holidays threw me off schedule. So here it is March 7 and I’ve gotten in my second run of the year. Better late than never. It felt good, real good to be out there again and finding my happy pace.
