I realized I had no spinach in the fridge to make a green smoothie. It’s tropical and refreshing, hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
- I cup almond milk
- ½ cup oatmeal
- 7 oz (or small container) of greek yogurt.
- 1 cup ice
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until smooth, enjoy!
